Registered user who lists and sells banana products

Registered user who purchases banana products

Unregistered user browsing the platform

3 Account Registration

First name, last name, email, phone number, password, account type, and complete address details

Phone number verification required for both farmers and buyers

Geographic Restriction

Service currently available only in Davao City, Philippines

5 Transactions & Payments

Cancellation Policy

Buyer Cancellations:

Farmer Cancellations:

Rating System

Buyers may rate products only after order delivery is completed

6 Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraudulent Activities: Any form of scams or deception
  • Fake Listings: Misrepresenting products or prices
  • False Information: Providing inaccurate personal or product details
  • Harassment: Abusive behavior towards other users
  • Spam: Unsolicited messages or promotions

7 Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their reviews, photos, and listings but grant SouthPeel license to display and distribute this content on the platform.

Platform IP

SouthPeel owns all design, content, logos, and platform technology. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8 Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer: SouthPeel is a connection platform only. We are not party to transactions between farmers and buyers. Users transact at their own risk. We do not guarantee product quality, delivery timeliness, or payment security.

Cash on Delivery Risk: All transactions are COD. SouthPeel assumes no liability for payment disputes, product quality issues, or delivery problems.

9 Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of the Republic of the Philippines

Dispute Process

Users agree to attempt informal resolution first. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to appropriate courts in Davao City, Philippines.
